The Hannah Montana star was spotted leaving Justin Bieber's Madison Square Garden concert last night and was putting on a brave, if not thick, face.
And by thick we mean her make-up. The singer looked as though she'd used a trowel to apply it but if you've been crying and you know your ex is going to see pictures of you, we'd be slapping it on too!
